Our mission
Africa produces brilliant founders: engineers, doctors, farmers who build transformative businesses with a fraction of the resources available in Silicon Valley. Yet they remain invisible to the investors and mentors who could change everything.
FosiaHub fixes that. Not with cold emails or LinkedIn DMs, but with a structured, AI-assisted ecosystem where the right connection happens in minutes, not months.
The story
FosiaHub was born from a simple frustration: African founders spend months, sometimes years, searching for the right investor or mentor. Meanwhile, investors with a genuine appetite for African deals have no structured way to discover quality opportunities outside their immediate network.
The solution seemed obvious: a platform that surfaces the right people to each other, at the right time, with the right context. But existing platforms weren't built for Africa's realities: mobile-first users, francophone markets, local sectors like AgriTech and mobile money, and institutions like GIZ and kLab that need custom infrastructure.
So we built FosiaHub from scratch in Kigali, where Rwanda's startup ecosystem gave us the perfect laboratory. We embedded AI at every layer: pitch scoring, investor matching, mentor recommendations, and content generation. The result is a platform that doesn't just connect people, but actively helps them prepare for those connections.

FosiaHub is not a financial intermediary. We don't process investments, hold escrow or take a cut of deals. We charge for platform access and session services. No hidden fees, no grey zones.
